A Letter to our customers

Welcome to the Emerald Farm produce pages.  We are your hosts at Emerald Farm Craig and Catherine Williams.  Catherine and I are committed to producing the highest quality produce and berries with the absolute minimum use of man made fertilizers.  We compost and use ample amounts of manure to enrich the soil in our fields and garden as much as possible. We will NEVER use any insecticides or herbicides on our produce without telling our customers.  Mulching is our preferred method of weed control here.   All produce is hand picked each day to insure only the freshest makes it to your table  Because there are only two of us here, we do not have time to attend any of the local farmers markets.  We would like our customers to experience Emerald Farm and see where their food is coming from and the chickens like the social interaction that our customers bring. 

Hours starting July 1st are M-F 4:30 to 7:30pm and Weekends 9-6pm.
